POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently looking for an Account Manager who will work with the company's clients to ensure that the clients' business needs are met on time and in a satisfactory manner, which involves analyzing the client's business operations and determining goals and the best way to meet them. This position will also manage existing clients (mostly from Microsoft) in a manner that grows the business, create budgets/forecasts/schedules to ensure that products and projects are ready on time, and obtain quotes for materials/sub-contractors as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage client’s relationship and satisfaction.

Conduct contract renewal of existing projects

Business research and analysis of accounts and organization assigned.

Upsell into current client teams and specific areas, which may include developing and giving presentations to promote them

Work with both offshore and onshore delivery teams to ensure the delivery quality matches the expectations as defined in the Contracts.

Swiftly resolve any issues that may come up.

Work with the sales team to ensure advertising is being done accurately.

Organize, plan, and develop account plans in coordination with the delivery and sales team.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

5+ years of account management and/or business development experience or similar roles

Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).

Ability to maintain familiarity with all company products and/or services.

Must have strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Must be responsible, self-motivated, computer savvy, independent, professional, trustworthy, and reliable.

Previous experience working in the IT industry preferred.

A competitive base $90K-100K plus commission (depending on experience).

15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
