Title: Global Pharma Insights Director

Location: Greater Los Angeles Area (on-site)

Compensation: $180-215k + bonus, relo, LTI

On the hunt for a Director level position leading insights and analytics for a new Cardio-Metabolic portfolio of pipeline products for a Global Biopharmaceutical company in Southern California.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading data integration strategy across market research, competitive intelligence, secondary data +

- Drive primary research design

- Communicate key insights and recommendations to senior leadership

- Manage vendor partnerships

- Manage and develop direct reports

What makes you qualified:

- PhD/PharmD + 4 years experience, Master's Degree + 7 years experience, OR Bachelor's Degree + 9 years experience in pharmaceutical research

- Experience working within Obesity and can make critical decisions around this therapy area

- Strong knowledge of drug development and commercialization

- Experience utilizing datasets and databases specific to BioPharma

- Experience leading primary research, competitive intelligence and secondary analytics to drive decision making for pipeline products
