This automotive/retail company is seeking a SAP Functional Lead with a focus on VMS (vehicle management system) AND OTC (Order to Cash) to play a pivotal hands-on role that will provide SAP Functional design leadership and direction for the rest of the team. In this role, you will work with AMS partners, business units across the organization, and technical teams to resolve and reduce defects within the SAP software. An SAP Specialist would also provide technical leadership and support functional design that aligns with SAP best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement SAP solutions, particularly around VMS (vehicle management system) AND OTC (order to cash)

Research new knowledge and be on top of new SAP releases or patches

Provide SAP support across analysis, development, testing, and problem resolution

Be a subject matter expert in SAP PP and lead SAP projects

Consistently communicate with various business units across the organization

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

8+ years of expertise in SAP OTC with AT LEAST 1 year of experience of SAP VMS experience

Completed at least 2 end to end SAP implementations

Hands-on experience with SAP OTC and VMS functional design, and configurations

Tech lead experience with the ability to lead teams or lead projects

Understanding of internal workings of SAP MII like business logic services, query, and display templates

Strong communication with stakeholders

Experience in SAP S/4 Hana
