Associate Lawyer

National Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in anti-trust matters. Specifically:

A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing antitrust litigation law

Substantive knowledge of antitrust laws, regulations, and legal procedures

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and with clients

Legal research and analysis proficiency

Strong legal writing and document drafting skills

Litigation experience, including court appearances and negotiations

Case management and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Client-focused with the ability to maintain strong client relationships

Ability to work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and legal professionals

Responsibilities

This role involves providing legal counsel and representation in antitrust litigation cases, helping clients navigate complex legal matters, and contributing to the firm's success in this specialized area of law

Conduct legal research and analysis in the field of antitrust law to provide clients with comprehensive legal advice

Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, for litigation cases related to antitrust issues

Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations, advocating for their interests in antitrust matters

Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop legal strategies and solutions to complex antitrust litigation cases

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
