Job Description:
Personal Lines CSRs are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of client files under the assigned Sales Agent. This includes fielding requests via phone, email and text as well as proactively reviewing and contacting clients about policies. The main goal of this position is to retain policies and provide cohesive service with the sales agent and other agent staff.
Training is on site at our Galleria location. Training can last from 6 week to 3 months depending on prior experience. Hybrid work is available after training. Two days in office per month required.
Job Duties Include:
Answering client questions regarding billing and coverage on renewal and rewritten policies
Endorsing policies per client’s, lender and agent request.
File documentation and maintenance in EPIC and Salesforce.
Billing updates and changes cooperatively maintained with processing team.
Renewal Review – Account Reviews and Policy guidance including cross-sales.
Quoting new lines of business for existing clients only.
Underwriting follow up on renewal policies.
Remarket Existing policies upon request for renewing policies or non-renewals.
Phone management of existing clients.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Required:
Minimum 2 years of high volume independent service.
Texas P&C License – must provide copy of license at time of interview
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
Prior Call Center, Dialer or VOIP Experience
Type at 40 WPM or More
Prior use of Client or Account Management System
Preferred:
Previous Experience with EPIC or other Applied Product
DocuSign
RoboForm or Password Manager
Insurance Policy Rater like EZ Lynx or Epic Quotes
Salesforce or other CRM
Compensation:
Salary based on prior years experience with Independent Agency
Commission for rewritten, cross-sold policies
Bonus based on a variety of performance metrics including outbound calls, activities, cross-sold and revenue retained.
