Presentation Specialist needed for a full-time, hybrid position with our client in Boston. This position will require at least three days a week onsite to start. Salary is 85-100K plus 5-10K bonus potential. Will be responsible for the coordination and production of product and fund materials. Must be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and be comfortable using Seismic, InDesign, Photoshop, and Word.

The Presentation Specialist bears responsibility for the organization and creation of product and fund materials. This role is deeply collaborative, interfacing with numerous departments including Global Client Relations, Performance, Technology, Legal & Compliance, and Portfolio Management Teams to design and sustain top-tier presentations, marketing materials, and data sources when required.

The Specialist role presents significant opportunities to understand how the company interfaces with clients and potential clients regarding our investment plans. Moreover, the Specialist will have the chance to become familiar with company products, data architectures, and systems.

Responsibilities:

Delivering both standard and personalized presentations in adherence with client timelines.

Collaborating with investment teams, customer service teams, performance, and compliance to generate and uphold materials.

Guaranteeing prompt updates and postings of presentation materials to Seismic.

Engaging actively in Seismic content management and providing regular end-user support.

Supervising the quality and precision of data-heavy graphs and exhibits.

Orchestrating presentation creation and compliance approvals for new products and avenues.

Contributing to projects to promote the strategic objectives of the company’s marketing and client services team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable role, ideally within the investment industry.

Familiarity with Report Automation or Sales Enablement tools.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Desired Advanced charting skills.

Experience with Photoshop, In Design, Word, and Illustrator is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Proven aptitude and interest in learning new concepts and systems swiftly and independently.

An ability to work cohesively, especially in the context of coordination among various departments such as Global Client Relations, Marketing, Investment, Compliance, Legal, and Operations Teams.
