Oil & Gas Lawyer (Secondment)

Entrusted Advisors is seeking Oil & Gas Energy Lawyers to join our talent bench to work with our Fortune 500 clients on a fulltime and/or part-time secondment engagements (remotely).

Successful candidates will have experience advising In-House legal departments on commercial real estate matters.

Requirements:

Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts such as oil and gas leases, gathering agreements, processing agreements, and transmission agreements.

Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local government laws and regulations.

Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions in an in-house energy-focused environment.

Experience with energy commodities with an emphasis on pipelines and terminals.

Experience counseling on energy compliance matters.

Experience working in-house for an energy team.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 7+ years of experience working as an energy attorney in the oil and gas industry (In-House experience required).

Active bar license.
