BI Tech Lead, North America

Responsibilities:

Technically and functionally lead BI portfolio for North America region (USA + Canada).

Collaborate with US business on BI topics and serve as a business partner in driving solutions.

Analyze business requirements and prepare specifications for product development and BI upgrades/enhancements.

Identify development opportunities to improve and streamline BI support across NA business (such as performance improvements)

Working alongside a global team of Architects, Developers, Support Engineers, Product and Project Managers, support the process to design & develop BI solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Microsoft SQL Server skills including SSIS, SSAS, DW & PowerBI.

Excellent email and phone communication skills

Experience in guiding BI Support Engineers

Experience working in a global environment.

Ability to read code and support applications, reports and processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentations skills
