We are currently hiring a Sr. Telecommunications Engineer for our technology team. This position must handle multiple assignments in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment with frequent direct interactions with senior management. This position supports key departments in various capacities.

What you will get to do:

Guide the team and provide technical guidance to IT leadership.

Perform technical evaluations of systems and projects.

Address, propose, and design software solutions to address complex business telecommunication needs.

Installing, configuring, and maintaining telecom call center systems and software, such as IVR, ACD, CTI, CRM, etc.

Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to telecom call center operations, performance, and security.

Designing and implementing enhancements and upgrades to improve telecom call center functionality and efficiency.

Prepare technical and procedural documentation.

Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Review coding, testing, and documentation of software.

Apply modern principles, methods, and tools to business initiatives and capabilities.

Optimize systems in compliance with the required performance, ensuring minimal cost and promoting simplification

Prepare functional analysis.

Implement detailed engineering projects (examples: layout installation, configuration, support...)

Support and assist Telecommunications and Service Desk staff as required.

Provide management with daily, weekly, and monthly metrics

What we seek:

Minimum of 5 years experience in managing Telecommunications Systems Administration. Proficient knowledge of telecom call center technologies, protocols, and standards, such as SIP, VoIP, RTP, TCP/IP, etc. Must have both hardware and software support experience.Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate the ability to collaborate and contribute as a strong team member, build solid relationships with team members; proactively seek guidance, clarification, and feedback. Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Jira, Genesys, Cloud-based Call Center, Python, and other scripting languages.

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
