Job Description

LHH is recruiting for a leading luxury home builder in Kirkland, WA. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and oversee the project management of new construction for multimillion dollar homes. This is a new position due to company growth and ongoing restructure of the Project Management/Procurement team. If you have 4-5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential luxury homes, and you are proficient in various construction management software programs, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Oversee the project management of new construction for multimillion dollar homes (the average project size ranges from $1.5- 5 million)

Work closely with various sub-contractors from start to finish with each project

Review and evaluate all current processes and procedures

Manage a team of 5 direct reports after getting acquainted with the role

Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

Requirements

4-5+ years of experience in construction project management (residential, luxury homes strongly preferred)

Extensive experience reading building plans, budgeting, bidding

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Software: Buildertrend, Salesforce, Bluebeam

MUST be proficient in various construction management software programs or tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly

Compensation and Benefits

$100-135k base depending on experience + annual discretionary bonus (typically between 3-5%)

3 weeks of PTO

$50 cell phone allowance monthly
