General Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities

Daily bank and credit card deposit

Cash clearing reconciliation

Enter warranty payments

Pre-stocking vehicles

Warranty/GAP registration

Accounts receivable

Supply inventory and ordering

Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed

Qualifications

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Strong analytical and numbers sense

Strong Detail and organization skills

Good social and interpersonal skills

Strong record of positive Customer Happiness results

Collaborative and eagerness to improve
