Responsibilities:

Build strong client relationships and proactively follow up as required.

Exemplary phone etiquette with a professional and compassionate approach

Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Learn to address all policy-related inquiries.

Thoroughly document all client interactions in our management system

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to daily success

Maintaining a high level of client retention through client onboarding and annual reviewsRequirements:

Must have property and casualty insurance license

2+ years of property and casualty insurance experience

Excellent communication skills written, verbal, active listening

Enthusiastic about phone-based customer support and assistance

Proactive in problem-solving

Strong task prioritization skills

Basic computer sills

Highly self-motivatedRewards, Hours and Location:

Up to $50,000 per year (DOE)

Health Insurance Stipend

PTO

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Position can be hybrid, remote or in office!Job Type: Full-time
