Seeking a dynamic Property Administrator to join our thriving residential property management company in Cranbury, NJ. The role entails overseeing a 2-community portfolio and providing support across various community-related tasks. Candidates with prior experience in condo management and/or vendor management are preferred. We provide extensive training and a promising career path for individuals with drive. While a background in property management is advantageous, we encourage applications from detail-oriented, team-oriented, and multitasking-savvy candidates. Proficiency in essential programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Database Entry, Vantaca, or similar tools is a must. Familiarity with community association terminology is beneficial. Timeliness is key, and consistent punctuality is expected. This role requires in-person presence from Monday to Friday.*Compensation:

$42,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Assist in managing a 2-community portfolio, supporting various aspects of their operations.

Collaborate with the Property Manager and team to ensure efficient management of communities.

Handle administrative tasks including data entry, correspondence, and documentation.

Coordinate vendor management activities, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns.

Maintain accurate records and databases related to community management.

Assist in budgeting and financial management processes as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations relevant to community associations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management preferred.

Experience in condo management and/or vendor management is advantageous.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Database Entry, Vantaca, or similar software.

Familiarity with terminology specific to community associations is a plus.

Dependable and punctual, with a consistent record of arriving to work on time.

Work Schedule:

In-person role, Monday to Friday.
