Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator with a strong foundation in Human Resources and experience in recruiting to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and assist with administrative tasks for the President of the company. This role requires a versatile professional capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HR functions, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO, including scheduling, meeting planning, and coordination of daily activities.

Act as a liaison between the COO, internal departments, and external contacts to facilitate efficient communication and workflow.

Assist in organizing and coordinating executive meetings and company events, including preparation of meeting materials and logistics.

Support HR-related administrative tasks, such as onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Manage the full recruiting cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing coordination, and facilitating the hiring process.

Handle confidential documents and information related to HR and executive management with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Contribute to the development and improvement of HR systems and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

Assist the President with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role with HR responsibilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and management.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
