Delivery Driver/ Rider

Job Summary:

The Delivery Driver and Rider is responsible for ensuring the prompt and safe delivery of products to customers using either a vehicle AND a motorcycle. This role requires efficient route planning, adherence to traffic regulations, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Delivery: Safely and timely transport goods to customers using a vehicle or motorcycle.

Navigation and Route Planning: Utilize GPS and local knowledge to find efficient routes.

Customer Interaction: Provide professional service at delivery points, including handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle/motorcycle in good working condition, perform basic checks and report maintenance needs.

Record Management: Accurately handle delivery documentation, including delivery notes, receipts, and payment collection.

Safety Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines during deliveries.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license (relevant to the vehicle type – car AND motorcycle).

Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Strong navigational skills and familiarity with local areas.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical ability to load and unload goods.
