My client, a Boutique Commercial Pharmaceutical Consulting firm, is seeking a "Leader/Director, Commercial MDM Practice Lead" Professional.

In this role you will be driving growth in MDM and data management for the Pharma Industry. You will oversee client relationships, project delivery and capabilities development. You MUST be a DOER!

Responsibilities:

1.Commercial Data and MDM Strategy:

*Lead data strategy and implementation using datasets (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony etc.).

*Design and implement Data Management and MDM solutions globally, including Data warehouse/Data Lake implementations.

*Utilize expertise in Master data and Data quality solutions, AWS native services, and Mulesoft integrations.

2.Client Engagement:

*Cultivate strong client relationships

*Collaborate on data management solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

3.Thought Leadership:

*Stay current with Pharm trends, regulations, and data management practices.

*Provide market insights sharing knowledge with the team and clients.

*Demonstrate strong experience in Data Management/MDM tools like Reltio, Mulesoft.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree Master's preferred).

*Proven experience in pharma commercial data management and consulting.

*Strong knowledge of PHARMA data sources, industry regulations, and compliance.

*Leadership and team management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

*Familiarity with data analytics, data visualization, and machine learning.

*Experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
