We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families.

- Conduct assessments to identify behavior challenges and develop behavior plans
- Provide ongoing support to clients and their families
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress
- Provide training and support to other team members

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current state license as a Behavior Analyst
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges
- Strong knowledge of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
