Job Description

Whitehawk Worldwide is an industry leading security company providing services to the U.S. Government with an international presence. The company is currently seeking to hire a Program Manager for a federal contract at Fort Meade, MD.

Responsible for managing and controlling all contract performance and all personnel assigned to the contract. Responsible for all site operations and has the authority to act on behalf of the contractor.

The PM must possess good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to comprehend rules. detailed instructions, and training materials. It is required that the PM be able to maintain poise and self control under stressful conditions and make quick decisions. Must provide a reference from other companies or organizations, which substantiate the individual's ability to effectively manage a security force of 100 or more officers. Federal Protective Services management experience preferred but not required.

8 years specialized experience with DOD in Security or Emergency Management

Secret Clearance (DOD) or higher

At least 21 years of age

Must be US citizen

Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Able to pass a physical exam/drug screen and federal background investigation

Speak and be literate in English to the extent of writing, reading and understanding printed regulations, orders, instructions, etc.Company Description
