HVAC Technician

Job Description

Dalton Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking to expand our staff with an HVAC technician who has at least 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry, and who is looking to establish a career with a quality organization.

Requirements:

· Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and completing repairs on both residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

· Working knowledge of national codes and best practices

o 2 years minimum

· Ability to multi-task, be self-driven, reliable, focused, and committed to completing tasks.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

o Personable and Professional approach to our customers

· Strong follow-up, and organizational skills

· Ability to effectively present repair and/or replacement proposals to the customer

· A current driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Ability to work some Saturdays.
