Vitality Extracts is an ecommerce business that specializes in selling essential oils, diffuser jewelry, and other wellness products. We focus on promoting natural health and wellness through our products, which are designed to help customers relax, rejuvenate, and improve their overall well-being. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our customer service ordering department. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders over the phone, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Open Shifts: Sunday-Saturday, Weekends required
Hours: 9am-6pm PST
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Job Type: Full time contract to hire

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online shopping
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (i.e. being able to apply/explain discount, taxes, promotions)
Excellent communication skills, know how to articulate gracefully and be customer oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively such as holding soft conversations while you’re initiating an order
Ability to work cohesively with other employees as part of a team
Knowledge of essential oils is a plus
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers and place orders accurately to the Shopify ordering system
Handle obstacles in a positive and professional manner
Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding and difficult customer situations
Providing product information and recommendations to customers
Stay current with knowledge on the top 15 products and most popular promotions
