Hours: Must be available 8-9 / M-F and 8-6 / Sat

Taking inbound calls-- "operator" team takes all inbound calls from various published numbers and might answer questions but usually transfers; "customer service" team takes inbound calls from customers scheduling service. Some overlap and teamwork.

Receptionist will answer multi-line phone system, transfer calls, text and take messages. Must be very professional.

Must be available to work a rotating schedule between the hours of 8am-9pm Mon.-Fri., and 8am-6pm Saturday; if you are interested in PT, must be nights and weekends only

Able to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment

Outstanding professionalism; organizational skills; attention to detail

1-2 years solid work history in customer service

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong active listening skills

Goal-oriented attitude

Calm, composed, positive personality

PC skills in a Windows based environment

Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Punctual, dependable

Ability to work within established timeframes/deadlines

High level of honesty and integrity
