Job Description
Currently hiring a receptionist/file clerk in a small law firm in the Columbia area. The ideal candidate would be someone that works well with others and the public, is reliable, has good communication skills, and is motivated to learn and grow into other roles within the firm.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Scheduling Appointments
Managing phone calls and office emails.
Communication with clients.
Filing in office and at courthouses.
Assisting attorney(s), law clerk(s), and paralegals.
Managing office website and social media accounts.
Office errands
Correspond with other law offices, clients, and court
Job Types: Part-time to full-time.
Salary: commensurate on experience to start.
