Job Description

Career Strategy Consultants is seeking an HR Coordinator for a large manufacturing client near Chandler, AZ. This is a full-time permanent position that will offer a generous base salary and benefits package, a lucrative bonus incentive, and provide substantial growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Ability to effectively multi-task within a variety of systems and projects.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with payroll/HRIS software

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma required; Associates degree in human resource field and/or equivalent experience/training preferred.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.Company Description
