Pay rate : $16/ hr ( can earn up to $21-$23/hr in a few months!)

Food Production Associate = JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of a Food Production Associate. This position is responsible for the production of our high-quality, custom-made parts. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, assembly, or technical fields.

Food Production Associate = RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to work in a team environment.

Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Follow all quality standards and procedures.

Maintain clean and safe work area.

Work with minimal supervision.

Perform all duties in a timely manner.

Able to communicate effectively with others.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Must be able to follow instructions.

Able to work on your feet for long periods of time (12 hour Shift).

Must be able to stand long periods of time (12 hour Shift).

Able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Food Production Associate = QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED required.

Knowledge in manufacturing, assembly, or technical fields preferred.

Computer skills required (Microsoft Office).

·Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions for multiple tasks at one time for long periods of time. Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions for multiple tasks at one time for long periods of time. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers both verbally and written forms. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment with shared tasks & goals Must be available for overtime as needed
