HOUSTON PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM SEEKING A BILINGUAL PARALEGAL/LEGAL ASSISTANT/CASE MANAGER

The position is for a full-time paralegal/legal assistant/case manager to work in personal injury auto claims. We are looking for a bright, energetic person who has a positive outlook and who is looking for a stable position. We need people with a good work ethic who enjoy a challenge and who enjoy working with the public. We ask for serious applicants only.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior legal experience/customer service experience preferred.

Experience with case management software programs preferred.

Be a self-starter.

Stable work history.

Bilingual (Spanish proficiency)

Clerical skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with multi-line phones.

Organizational skills.

Polished/professional appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS include but are not limited to:

Serve as a liaison between attorney, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.

Document all files properly.

Provide detailed and organized case briefs to the attorney.

Handle case docket of 80+ files.
