Production Assembler I

Job Description

Job Summary:

Assemble and adjust probes and electronic components under a microscope using a tweezer. This is a well-versed position in which the employee will be trained in soldering, probe bending, and gluing rings to support other production assemblers.

Job Responsibilities:

-Solder components to the printed circuit boards

-Assemble probe cards using a microscope

-Glue rings to the printed circuit boards

-Troubleshoot production issues related to the assembly of probe cards

-Other duties may be assigned by management

Qualifications:

-Good eye-hand coordination and steady hands to adjust small probes and electronic components under a microscope

-Soldering experience is preferred

-Experience with using a microscope

-Experience with assembly
