Maintenance Delivery Person

Job Description

We are in need of a Maintenance / Delivery Person. We are in the property management business. We have needs for small maintenance items (changing filters, batteries, adjusting TVs, etc) or items needing to be delivered. This will also involve going to the property while the guests are there and making sure their needs are met as far as small items are fixed or delivering a new set of sheets or changing out sheets or delivery of an item they need.
