Description:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Project Manager (PM) to join our team and support our healthcare client. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

- Implementing APL 22-008: Non-Emergency Medical and Non-Medical Transportation Services and Related Travel Expenses, including updates to P&P and implementation support.

- Addressing unresolved issues with PHC related to Major Organ Transplant under APL 21-015: Benefit Standardization/CalAIM.

- Finalizing UM letter templates as required by APL 21-011: Grievance and Appeal Requirements, Notice And “Your Rights” Templates.

- Coordinating benefits and resolving NCAL CCS billing issues for Hearing Aid services.

- Providing audit support, particularly in the areas of provider enrollment, MOT, and other relevant subject matter expertise (SME).

- Updating TPMG Medi-Cal Provider Manual.

Qualifications:

- Medi-Cal, Health Plan, and Consulting experience.

-Strong PowerPoint and Presentation skills

- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect the dots across functional areas.

- Active listening, inquisitive, and curious nature with a genuine interest in understanding the project requirements thoroughly.

- Previous Kaiser experience is beneficial.

- Proficient in creating deliverables by understanding requirements, conducting gap analysis, documenting necessary changes for the KP system, and developing workplans.

- Experience in implementation planning.

- Effective identification and communication of project risks.

- Healthcare Operations experience is advantageous.

- Data analytic experience is helpful.
