Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Entry level position
One year dealing experience (preferred) in a casino with similar betting limits.
Must be able to successfully pass an audition of dealing skills
Prior customer service experience
Ability to work effectively with coworkers and the public
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Knowledge of effective money handling procedures
Ability to make change and mentally perform basic math calculations
Skilled in resolving customer and employee relation issues
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Able to obtain and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deal cards, shuffle, make change/chip buys, take and pay customer bets
Communicate with customers to answer questions
Implement all dealing procedures
Performs other duties as assigned

Constantly walking and standing
Constant hearing, seeing and talking
Constantly balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion, and stooping
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment
Close spaces while working with others
Excessive noise and smoke
*Constantly = over 2/3 time Frequently = 1/3-2/3 time Occasionally = under 1/3 time
