We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner PNP to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

Provide culturally appropriate preventive care, identifying concerns early and managing them to achieve best long-term outcomes for the patients.

Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses, including performing point-of-care tests and communicating results.

Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.

Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients, with clear documentation.

Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.

Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities; follow up on results.

Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in primary care pediatrics

Ability to build rapport with patients

Attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with a small team

Willingness to learn EHRCompany Description
