What you'll do

Analysing legal workflows and high-value tasks to derive ideal prompts that enable our software to automate or augment them.

Working closely with other teams to scale our internal prompt infrastructure and streamline the onboarding process.

Leveraging legal domain expertise and technical skills to craft well-formed prompts that generate accurate responses from our models.

Lead a team of prompt engineers who are testing and iterating on prompts through our model training pipelines, measuring outputs, and fine-tuning to enhance precision.

Staying on top of the latest advancements in prompt engineering and large language model architectures.

Collaborating with product, engineering, and legal teams to identify new prompt-based solutions for product features.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience drafting, negotiating and managing commercial contracts.

Experience managing your own team (including performance and capacity management).

Deep familiarity with contract lifecycle and workflows at law firms or legal departments.

Analytical mindset and experience with handling large data sets, setting out testing frameworks and using data to inform decisions.

Experience with legal tech products (such as eDiscovery systems, clause extraction projects, legal research or contract management tools) and enthusiasm for the industry.

Beneficial:

Experience with crafting code to prepare data, define model architectures and configure training pipelines.

Experience working with machine learning or AI-driven products, and an understanding of core machine learning concepts.
