Key Responsibilities:
Effective cost control of the housekeeping department's financial budget Initiation and implementation of regular supplies inventory, including cleaning materials and guestroom amenities Control and monitoring of productivity levels and efficiency within the housekeeping department
Ensuring all guestrooms are in excellent condition prior to arrival and all associated amenities/setups are in good order
Monitoring and managing staff levels and payroll/overtime in accordance with budget guidelines and required service levels
Lead the team effectively, ensuring all members are appropriately trained and compliant with hotel policies
Effective communication with all members to ensure adequate staffing for all shifts
Requirements:
Experience in housekeeping and personnel management skills; luxury hospitality experience is preferred
Fluent in Japanese and business-level English
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
