Sales Representative

Position: Sales Representative

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + Commissions

Industry: Manufacturing / Sales / Territory Manager / Packaging

Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and meet sales targets.

Drive progressive sales growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies, budgets, and plans.

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal development to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams, including design, prepress, printing, finishing, and shipping, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.

Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.

Additional related duties.

Qualifications & Experience:

5 years of professional sales experience in the printing industry, with a focus on flexible packaging products including shrink sleeves, pouches, base wrap, flow wrap, insert IRCS, dry peel IRCS, reseal it, and overwrap.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and drive business growth.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Able to travel within Ontario as needed

Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
