Talent Attraction

Strategic planning and execution to attract top talent to our organization

Create and nurture talent pipelines for current and future job openings. This involves identifying potential candidates, engaging with them, and maintaining relationships.

Sourcing strategies, exploring channels such as job boards, social networks, and industry-specific platforms. Identify high-potential candidates who align with the company’s needs and purpose

Prepare and review the annual recruitment budget. Efficient allocation of resources ensures effective talent attraction

Regularly measure key recruitment metrics, such as source of hire and time-to-hire.

Training & Development

Designing a training strategy and plan, customized per area, employee level and skills required to enhance the organization’s workforce. By cultivating employee skills and fostering growth through:

Talent strategy for retention purposes

Coaching program enhancement

On boarding design

Install change management as part of our culture

HRBP s

Collaborate closely with senior executives and business leaders to align PP&C strategies with overall business goals.

Expert advice and guidance to leadership on various PP&C matters.

Conduct regular meetings with business leaders, offering insights on employment laws, compliance, and effective people management.

Empower leadership to handle people-related challenges within the organization.

Strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and ensuring the right talent is in place for critical roles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Labor Relations or related field

Change Management certification.

Interview Techniques certification

English proficient

MBA or a master's in business or related is desired
