Pet Care Associate

Looking for a committed and accountable team member who can work in a fast paced environment. Must be an animal lover, able to work well with others, communicates well, and takes pride in keeping a clean and orderly work environment. The position quickly instills discipline and work ethic, and fosters leadership/managerial skills. Management is an equal opportunist, transparent, and flexible with scheduling. Advancement opportunities persist with pay increases and eventual quarterly profit sharing.

Responsibilities include; Cleaning pet kennels, feeding and medicating pets, socializing with pets, minor grounds maintenance and building repairs, and fostering relationships with pets and their owners. Some clerical work is also required. This includes answering phone calls and producing reports from Microsoft Office software.

Standards include; Holding oneself and fellow team members accountable to company culture, and strictly following company policies and procedures.
