Assist the CS team in planning to execution of events/programmes/campaigns under the CR, environment, inclusion & diversity pillars
Draft emails to staff on announcement of events/programmes/campaigns
Liaise with volunteers and participants for our programmes
Manage weekly attendance for our programmes
Work closely with the social media team to promote programmes
Experience working on events/programmes in universi and can do basic design work (canva is fine)
Requirements
Minimum Academic Requirement : Pursuing degree in any discipline
Preferably looking for 4-6 months internship
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience
Demonstrate ability to build meaningful relationships
Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen
Experience working on events/programmes in university
Can do basic design work (Canva is acceptable)
