Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Support the full cycle of recruitment process by coordinating interviews and preparing offer letters.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and paperwork completion.
Administer Internship programme.
Employee Relations
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Assist in resolving employees’ issues in a timely manner.
Employee Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history and documentation.
Compliance
Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in HR Practices and processes.
Others
Any other ad-hoc HR projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or its equivalent with 1 to 2 years of related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (excellent in Microsoft Excel).
High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects.
Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
