H&P has been mandated by a longstanding client looking to further grow their legal team.

After recently placing the department head, we are now looking for the next person in the team to advise them on commercial-legal topics.

The ideal candidate will bring:

3-8 years of PQE experience

Sound legal experience in the field of commercial law

Admission to practice as an attorney under the Pennsylvanian BAR

Able to independently review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements

Dynamic, and willing to learn new areas of law

Quick learning and able to adapt to different scenarios

In return, this client can offer:

€140,000 - €180,000 Fixed + Bonus (depending on seniority)
