Experienced Litigation Attorney

Meridian Law, PLLC (Brentwood, TN) seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 4-15+ years of experience looking to grow a practice and mentor attorneys. We are looking for someone who thrives in an in-office work environment, has an owner’s mindset, and values the importance of working as part of a team.

Meridian is a modern, client-focused law firm that provides effective and efficient client service and has a great firm culture. Its practice areas include a variety of civil litigation (75%) and transactional/non-litigation (25%) matters in the following areas: appeals, business, corporate, commercial, contract, construction, employment, insurance defense, landlord/tenant, litigation, unfair competition, and trade secrets.

Typical responsibilities involve interacting with potential clients and clients and handling all phases of the litigation process, including responding to pleadings, managing written discovery, taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions, participating in mediation, working with experts, and preparing for trial. Meridian uses cutting-edge technology and seeks team members who appreciate the efficiency and analytics they provide and are willing to work towards individual and team goals.

Admission to the Tennessee Bar is required.
