Associate Attorney

The growing Philadelphia office of Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky has an exciting opportunity for a Plaintiff’s Firm Personal Injury Associate Attorney.

Motivated professional needed for fast paced Personal Injury team. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. If you possess great attention to detail, good communication skills, both written and verbal and can prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities include handling construction, workplace, product liability and other case files along with a partner from case inception to resolution:

Pre-suite investigation

Drafting Complaints

Drafting Responsive Pleadings

Drafting Motions and Responses

Discovery Production and Requests

Assisting with Expert Reports

Attend Depositions, mediations, and other court events

Experience:

Minimum of one/two years Plaintiff or Defense firm litigation experience

A high level of complex litigation experience

Must be a proficient in both research and writing (Please provide writing sample)

Pennsylvania and New Jersey Barred Attorney (Required)

Job Requirements:

Excellent organizational, time management, research skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)

Must be a self-starter

The ability to work independently

Must be a team player
