Associate Attorney

The law office of Morgan, Hallgren, Crosswell, & Kane is seeking a full-time attorney.

This Attorney will assist and advise a range of private and municipal clients. Private client work may include business formation and organization, ownership agreements, real estate purchases and leases, estate and trust planning, and estate administration. Municipal client work may include drafting and review of contracts and ordinances, enforcement of ordinances, and attendance at client meetings.

An entrepreneurial spirit, good business sense and the ability to think strategically is essential. Strong legal reasoning, drafting and analytical skills are required.

Must be licensed to practice in PA.
