Bankruptcy Associate

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national practice.

We are currently seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to join their team in Tampa FL.

The opportunity will be fully remote but must be based in Tampa for trials.

We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in litigating civli matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research

Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

Conduct depositions and examinations under oath

Render opinions on liability, damages, and case valuation

Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Maintain a commitment to providing high-quality client service

Identify and resolve problems promptly

Ensure timely work completion and meet deadlines

Experience with general commercial litigation is a plus Qualifications:

Member in good standing with the Florida Bar

Willingness and ability to travel as required for trials, hearings, depositions, and re-inspections

Comp is up to $170k + bonuses.
