LHH is seeking a Contract Administrator for a top client in the Arlington, VA area. The ideal candidate will have interest in the commercial real estate industry and knowledge of contracts. You will be supporting the Assistant VP in the contracts department by administering contracts.
Responsibilities:
Assist and draft contracts for lease, sale, and purchase of land
Create new entities in multiple jurisdictions and related organizational documents
Settle on open contracts by preparing contract summaries, and working on due diligence reports
Support the Acquisition and Development departments
Assisting the Accounting and Finance department to track funds
Communication with outside parties
Create new entities in multiple jurisdictions and related organizational documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Ability to review legal documents and analyze where needed
Great communication skills
Microsoft Office Suites
