Operations Manager
Operations Manager supervises cleaning staff and daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. You will handle weekly and daily employee schedules, oversee daily tasks to ensure they are completed well and on time, and manage our inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies. In addition, you will assist with administrative tasks (including payroll) and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Our ideal applicant has several years of janitorial experience, including supervisory roles. All applicants must be able to pass a criminal background criminal check and hold a valid drivers license.
