Entry Level Technician / Service Builder - Powersports

Job Description

RideNow Powersports Boulder, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is looking to add a entry level tech to our store in Las Vegas. Our entry level tech will play a dual role of builder and mechanic. Main Responsibilities:

Load and Unload inventory

Provide detailed documentation of any shipping damages, including photos and parts needed for repairs immediately to the Service Advisor or Service Manager

Assemble Powersports vehicles according to the checklist provided by the manufacturer

Clean up the shop every morning before starting work and after each individual job/build is complete

Prepare units for delivery

Check fluids, tire pressure, and adjustments on all bikes

Perform basic maintenance and oil changes as requested

Install/Change tires

Assist with other duties as requested by management and Senior level technicians

Requirements

MMI Graduate or hands-on experience handling basic maintenance items on bikes or cars strongly desire

Capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)

Clean driving record required

Team Oriented- Works well with Managers, Technicians, and Customers

Maintain an organized, tidy, and safe workspace

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced high volume environment

Ability to be on your feet most of the day

Hands-on experience in a powersports dealership handling basic maintenance items on bikes and assembling powersports vehicles, desired

Motorcycle endorsement, desired

Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays
