2 years previous Construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience

Effective written and oral communication

Proficient use of Xactimate / Simbiltiy / T&M estimating software

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

5 years of project management

Responsibilities

Ensure that estimates meet client requirements, within budget.

Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project.
