Now hiring Monday through Friday for all shifts! Second and third shifts will receive an additional $2/hour shift premium.

As a Production team member at Snap-Tite Hose, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our top-of-the-line hose products. We take pride in our rich history of producing industry-leading quality hose in the United States and worldwide. With specialties ranging from firefighting to agriculture, our hoses are trusted by fire departments, agricultural enterprises, and industries around the world. Operate machinery in the production process, following safety protocols and quality control standards

Assemble and package finished products according to specifications

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet the highest standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

No experience is required - we provide on-the-job training!

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Basic computer skills
