Appointment Setter - Outside Sales ( 8k per month)

Job Description

Bison Energy, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative solar energy solutions to residential customers by going door to door. With a generous commission structure, you have the potential to earn up to $8,000 per month.

Responsibilities

Initiate contact with potential customers through various canvassing methods, such as door-to-door

Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and the cost-saving advantages of switching to renewable energy sources.

Engage with potential customers and qualify leads for the sales team.

Collect customer information and accurately input data into the CRM system.

Schedule appointments for the sales team to continue the sales process.

Attend weekly team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively engage and build rapport with potential customers.

Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and goals.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.

High school diploma or equivalent.
