American Ice Company Server

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Server to join our team! We are a neighborhood bar featuring whiskey, picklebacks, and swachos.

You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers during their experience with us by serving customers, taking to-go orders, and resolving customer issues.

You are passionate about hospitality and share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural-people-person with an eye for the details. You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience.

Shift needed is Saturday (4-10) - hours are approximate. Ability to fill in additional shifts. Existing ABRA license holder preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

Take orders from customers for food and beverages

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the dining room

Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous mannerQualifications:

Previous experience as a server

General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer

Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs

Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
