BOILER OPERATOR ENGINEERING/BOILERS

Ensures boiler quality control SOP's are followed with little supervision Reports results to Boiler House Foreman Sampling of Boilers, coal trucks and boiler water, Compiles reports and results and send to relevant personnel on a scheduled basis Reports and communicates deviations Performs in process inspections and tests Quality of water, coal, condensate against specifications Reviews batch record for completion and proper documentation Performs calibrations and verifications on instruments File and maintain GMP records Performs related duties as assigned Support and assist lab technicians, and Boiler operators Micro analysis / water analysis Qualification Minimum National Technical Diploma in quality Analytical chemistry or Water Chemistry Knowledge Analytical Chemistry, Water Chemistry, FMCG Skills Computer literate Good interpersonal skills / builds good relationships Competencies Ability to work under pressure Good verbal and communication skills Good self-management principles Ability to adapt to change effectively Lives the values of the organisation Good numerical ability Attention to detail Quality orientated
